The association Office de Tourisme de Passy, an association under the law of 1901, whose registered office is at 35 place du Docteur Joly, 74190 Passy and published on 22 March 1979 under the SIRET number 77660086800025, represented by Mrs Julie Croizet, has created a Personal Data Protection Policy, available on the website www.passy-mont-blanc. com in order to communicate the policy and practices of the Tourist Office in terms of collecting and disclosing information about you that will have been obtained during your various contacts with the Passy Tourist Office: on the website www.passy-mont-blanc.com and www.traildutourdesfiz.com , Facebook page and Instagram, in its main physical reception at the Mountain Store, 170 Av Léman Mont-blanc, 74190 Passy or any other physical reception points of the association (trade fairs, events, animation …)
Thus, as the data controller, Passy Tourist Office attaches great importance to the respect of your Privacy and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION OF YOUR DATA
Your personal data are collected either on the basis of your explicit consent or are necessary for the execution of your reservations (execution of a contract).

The Personal Data required to fulfil the purposes described above are indicated on our online forms or by our telephone operators or any Tourist Office reception staff.
If you do not provide this data, Passy Tourisme will not be able to respond to your requests.
DATA COLLECTED BY THE PASSY TOURIST OFFICE
The Personal Data that we are likely to collect and process concerning you are the following:
data relating to your identity: your title, surname, first names, postal address, telephone number, e-mail addresses;
data relating to your means of payment, in particular your credit card number and its expiry date;
data relating to the follow-up of our commercial relationship, in particular your order number, the history of your purchases, your requests or your correspondence with our Customer Relations Department, and in the following specific cases:
Tourism professionals: your job title, contact details and company name
Participants in sporting events: your title, surname, first names, postal address, telephone number, e-mail addresses, as well as sensitive data such as your medical aptitude to participate in the trail and the medical reasons for cancelling your registration
Volunteers at events and activities: your title, surname, first names, postal address, telephone number, e-mail addresses and driving licence numbers
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data is processed by the Passy Tourist Office. It will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party, except for
any subcontractors of Passy for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (transporters, routers, accommodation, catering and site maintenance service providers, communication service providers, payment and fraud management service providers, etc.)
any registration to the Tour des Fiz trail on the Live Trail website.

TRANSFERS OF DATA ABROAD
The Passy Tourist Office does not transfer any of your Personal Data abroad.
In the event that such a transfer is implemented, particularly outside the European Union, it will be carried out with appropriate guarantees and in compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data via the Privacy shield system.
RETENTION PERIOD
The Passy Tourist Office undertakes to use Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
Data relating to your reservations and event registrations will in principle be kept by Passy Tourist Office for a period not exceeding the applicable legal limitation periods.
Your identification data used, with your agreement, for the purposes of answering your questions, sending brochures, sending information on our offers, news and events will be kept for a period of three years from the date of collection or from your last contact if you have never made a reservation in Passy
three years from your last contact if you have made a reservation at Passy.
A request for documentation, a call to our reception service or a click on a hypertext link contained in an e-mail are considered as contact; however, the opening of an e-mail cannot be considered as contact.
At the end of this three-year period, the Passy Tourist Office may contact you again to find out whether or not you wish to continue to receive information on its offers, news and events.
In any case, you have the right to unsubscribe from the emails at any time. To do so, you can contact our Home department by e-mail at info@passy-mont-blanc.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link attached to each e-mail. This applies to all electronic communication from the Tourist Office with the exception of e-mails necessary for the processing of bookings, registration for the various races and the sending of tourist documentation.
SECURITY
The Passy Tourist Office has put in place the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data.
The computer systems of the Passy Tourist Office are subject to physical and software protection in accordance with the RGPD. Physical and electronic backup procedures for the data collected are implemented in accordance with current French legislation on the protection of personal data and market standards.
Employees of the Passy Tourist Office who, by virtue of their position, have access to your Personal Data are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

This policy reflects the professional practices in force at the Passy Tourist Office.

MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE DE TOURISME DE PASSY

By registering, a member accepts that his or her information may be used and communicated on all Passy Tourist Office media, as mentioned in the Partner’s Guide. You accept the fact that your data will be included in the APIDAE database. The information collected in the Apidae database is necessary for the Apidae Network and the distributors to communicate the Tourist Offers and to distribute them to any public interested in or seeking tourist information. This dissemination is part of a public service mission to enhance the value of the tourist territory concerned and benefits society in general, whether it be the economic actors in tourism or citizens looking for tourist information. For example, the name and contact details may be necessary for the public to contact, to make a reservation, to obtain additional information on the Tourist Offers. Because this information is most often information that has already been made public and/or is related to an associative, commercial or professional activity, we consider that its use and distribution does not infringe your rights and freedoms.
