The Blaireau (the "badger") is an Irishman who has been digging his burrow at the foot of Mont-Blanc for quite some time. In 2016, the Le Blaireau brewery was launched with its Scottish collaborator in their garage. They draw their know-how from their research and their passion to create authentic and tasty craft beers.
