An association created in 2018, the aim of a Repair Café is to repair objects in order to extend their life span and thus avoid throwing them away. Limiting waste in order to limit incineration appeared to be an obvious choice.
The Repair Café currently organises repair sessions and workshops on making household products, beauty products, beeswax packaging, sponges and cotton bags for bulk goods using natural ingredients.
The Repair Café follows a common charter throughout France and Europe. The aim is also to learn how to repair things yourself during the sessions.
